For admission to undergraduate course at seven Indian Institutes of Technology, IT – BHU, Varanasi and Indian School of Mines University, Dhanbad.
Last date of receipt of completed JEE Application Form at the JEE Office : Wednesday, December 24, 2008.
iit jee 2009 Architecture / Design Aptitude Test : Thursday and Monday, June 11 & 15, 2009.

IIT JEE 2009, Important Date of IITJEE Forms 2009

Indian Institutes of Technology Joint Entrance Examination 2009 (IIT JEE-2009)
IIT JEE 2009 will be held for determining candidates eligible for admission into IITs, Indias' 13 premier engineering colleges at Bhubaneswar, Bombay, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras, Patna, Punjab, Rajasthan and Roorkee.
JEE-2009 Examination Schedule : Sunday 12 April, 2009. Paper I : 0900-1200 hrs., Paper II : 1400-1700 hrs.
Important dates regarding Application Form and Brochure : Online application process and sale at designated branches of Banks and IITs : Nov 19 - Dec 24, 2008
Postal request for Application Form : Nov 19, 2008 - Dec 16, 2008
Last date for receipt of Application Form at IITs : Dec 24, 2008
Details about the application process will be published in leading National Dailies and Employment News/ Rozgar Samachar on Nov 8, 2008. Syllabus of this examination will be available on the websites of all IITs and will also be given in the information brochure of JEE-2009.
