jntu B.Tech. II Year II Semester (R05) Supplementary Results[Recounting last date 05-11-2008]

In Obedience of the Orders of the Hon'ble HIgh Court in W.P.M.P.No.27392 of 2008 in W.P.No.20957, the candidates who have applied for admission into MBBS/BDScourses in response to this office notification dated 14.07.2008 under Sports and Games category for the year 2008-09 are here by informed to attend for verification of he Sports and Games certificates as per G.O.Ms.No.20. Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture (Sports) Dept., dated 03-05-2006 at Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada on 18-10-2008 at 11.00 am.

The candidates whose certificates were already verified on 22.07.2008 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.10 & 11 and who do not possess any additional certificates to be submitted as per G.O.Ms.No.20(YAT & C) Dept. dated 3-5-2006 are informed that no further verification is required.

The candidates are informed to attend the verification of certificates along with all original certificates including Sports and Games certificates and with 2(two) sets of attested Xerox copies. The candidates who secured not less than 50% of marks in Physics. Chemistry, Biology taken together in Intermediate or equivalent examination and in EAMCET 2008 up to Rank No.16353 in case of 'OC' candidates, in case of SC, ST, BC candidates who secured not less than 40% of marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology taken together in Intermediate or equivalent examination and in EAMCET 2008 up to Rank NO.24891 are only eligible. The list of candidates applied under Sports and Games category is displayed in the Website of the University.

The following are eligible for exercising options on web for admission into B.Pharmacy & Bio-Technology colleges.

Eigible candidates, who have not taken admission so far, can collect scratch card at any one of the counselling centres viz., Secunderabad, Warangal, Guntur, Vizag, Vijayawada, Tirupathi & Kadapa, after depositing tuition fee & original certificates on the dates mentioned below. Candidates seeking tuition fee examption, have to deposit income certificate.

Refund of Tuition fee and return of Certificates:

Candidates, who are not alloted any seat as per the options exercised by them on the web, can collect certificates and tuition fee amount paid on any working day after 01-11-2008

Note : Candidates belonging to "CAP" Category should being the latest CAP Certificate issued by the Zilla Sainik Welfare officer and Discharge book for verification. Children of In-Service Personnel shall bring the Service Certificate or their parent from the concerned unit & Identity Card for verification. Ex-Servicemen, Servicemen/ BSF Personnel. CRPF Personnel who have represented the state of A.P. at the time of joining the service by declaring as their permanent home address as a place in A.P and are bonafide of the state including the A.P. Servicemen / BSF personnel, CRPF personnel who are stationed in other state a the time of submission of application for admission are alone will be considered under CAP category as pronounced in the Judgment in W.A.No.951 & 952 of 2006 of Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh

Candidates claiming reservation under "NCC" category should bring the original certificates. Candidates whose SPORTS & GAMES certificates are verified and priorities fixed on 20-10-2008 will alone be considered for allotment on 21-10-2008. No verification of Sports & Games certificates will be entertained on 21-10-2008. Allotment will be made in terms of orders of the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh in W.P. No.20957 of 2008. Candidates may have to stay a day extra if necessary and very limited seats are available for the above categories, mere attending counselling does not guarantee a seat. The Ed-CET-2008 qualified candidates (a) who could not attend (b) who could not get admission or not taken scratch cards and (c) who are not called for counseling in the first phase of counseling are required to attend at one of the Six on-line counseling centres viz., Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Hyderabad, Warangal, Tirupati and Anantapur for verification of certificates and collection of scratch card for giving web options for original certificates to be brought address of the online centres etc., candidates are advised to refer earlier notification.

Exercising options is purely optional. Any candidate who is satified with the preious admission need not exercise option. It should be known that if a candidate gets a seat in any of the options given will loose the existing seat. if any.
